ALL CONCERNED:

Temporary swing gate has been installed at N.Y.C. transfer crossing, Owosso.  Gate is equipped with switch light which displays red light when across Ann Arbor track.

Normal position of gate is located across N.Y.C. connecting tracck.  Gate is locked with bar lock equipped with N.Y.C. and A.A. switch locks.
